As a child I always struggled with my weight and my stomach and gut health. I endud up going gluten and dairy free which helped keep my stomach issues at bay.


When I was 18 I suffered from a traumatic brain and spinal injury. I was left with constant back and head pain for years. I ended up getting surgery which resulted in more pain from a needle hitting my nerves. Doctors had no answers for me so I turned to alternative sources for healing.

That is when I discovered true healing lies within letting go of old and limiting beliefs and doing the inner work. When we heal emotionally and spiritually, we heal physically.

Through breathwork, balancing my blood sugar, plant medicine, healing my relationship with my body, and learning the power of my mind and thoughts I have been able to overcome chronic pain, and autoimmune diseases, lose over 6 lbs, and create and live the life I always knew I could live. I finally am able to live as my true and authentic self with no fear of what others may think and believe. It is beautiful, and I want to help women like you do the same!

Everything I do and teach is centered around this type of healing now and it has been so beautiful seeing and witnessing people heal. There's no other work I'd want to be apart of.
